If you have a problem with a user or you have found a bug, you can notify us. The problem/bug will be investigated and dealt with accordingly. To send a report, go to Report from the menu. You can fill in an item ID if it involves an item and the user's name. These are both optional though. You can find the item ID on the item page. Next you have to describe your problem or bug and click Send when you're done. If necessary, you will be contacted.
If you have proof of certain users actions in the form of screenshots you should upload them and send a link in your report.
