When you successfully traded the item in-game, you have to let the site know so the auction can be archived. All personal data will be removed and it will be made searchable from the price records. To mark the item as traded in-game, go to the item page and click either "I sold this item in-game" or "I received this item in-game" depending on whether you are seller or buyer. You will be asked to confirm, and the other party will be notified if he/she didn't mark the item as traded yet.
